Who can rent the studio?
Anyone can rent the studio for the intended purposes. Talk to us if you’re interested in using the space for something else. We reserve the right to approve or decline studio rental at our discretion.

Can I rent the studio for purposes other than photography?
Yes, we designed the studio to be suitable for small gatherings, art showings, special receptions, seminars, training events, and creative planning sessions. Let us know what your needs are.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Cancellations within 2 business days (48 hrs, M-F, excluding holidays) will be refunded minus the non-refundable $25 reservation fee. Please see full details on rates.

What if I need the studio for more than one day?
The online reservation system is only set up to reserve up to one day at a time. Feel free to complete two or more full-day reservations, or reserve one day and contact us to extend your reservation.

How does this studio compare to other photography studios in Madison?
To our knowledge there are currently no other photography studios in Madison Wisconsin available for rental. If you know of one, please let us know.

I don’t have a PayPal account, can I still reserve online?
Yes, you can make a payment with MasterCard or Visa if you do not have (or do not wish to pay with) a PayPal account.

Can I bring my own lighting equipment?
You certainly may. We offer optional lighting equipment for additional rental, if you need to augment your gear or decide you’d rather not transport it for a shoot.
